Good airport perch
Good place to stay near Mpls/St. Paul airport. Parking provided in addition not much to spare. Shuttle service. Easy access to Interstate.
My wife took me shopping
We had a great time getting to know the staff, they are the best in the twin cities area. Rooms couldn't be cleaner.
Good alternative for Mall
We were pleased with the large, spotless rooms and great amenities for the price. Shuttle to the Mall and airport was convenient.
nice rooms/hotel
Nice room, fantastic shuttle except weekdays only leaves ehour, hotel room service was nice. did report that our hairdryer outlet was not working, toilet ran unless you removed top and wiggled it, and the air conditioner was LOUD, they fixed the toilet and the air conditioner in addition not the outlet. Did not compensate in any way. would stay again in addition would check that everything worked right before going to bed.

Excellent hotel - We stayed at Residence Inn for two nites and we were pleased with the property and the help was customer service oriented. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Will definately stay here ag . . .
Feel like family - stayed here with Mom and Dad. We had a spotless hotel room that was spacious. The breakfast meal each morning was better than most and the help was marvelous. We will definately stay again. . . .

very good - the property was convenient, easy to find and close to the major airport and highway. The hotel rooms were spotless and quiet( no highway noise). It probably could have used a bigger reception area . . .

Soccer Tournament - The service at this property was awesome. They put our soccer team all together on the same floor, let us hang out on the patio (which is also an Outback restaurant) and took excellent care of us. . . .
Bad Housekeeping - We stayed for 4 nites in July. On our first night, we asked for extra towels as there are 5 in our family. We received them from the front desk and also asked that house keeping leave us extra towels . . .
